and Allah said "And proclaim the pilgramage among men; they will come to thee on foot and on every kind of camel. Lean on account of Journeys through deep and distant mountain highways" Surah 22 ~ Al Hajj Part 27

maa'uun - Neighbourly kindness

Revealed in Makkah

Bismillah arak maan nira heem, Alhamdhulillahi Rabil Alamin; arak maan nira heem

Ara-aytallazi yukazzibu bid-Diin?

Fa-zaali kallazi yadu'ul yatiim

Wa laa yahuzzu alaa ta'aamil-miskiin

Fa-way lul-lil musa liin

Ala dhina hum an-salaa tihim

saahuun

Ala dhina hum yuraaa'uuna

Wa yama na 'uunal Maa'uun

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Have you seen the one that denies the judgement to come?

Then he is the one who repulses the orphan (harshly)

And encourages not the feeding of the needy

So woe to the worshippers

Who are neglectful of their prayers

Who are seen (at worship)

But refuse (to supply even) neighbourly needs

This Surah possibly early Makkan or certainly the first half, subjugates the neccessity of true worship that requires faith, the practicle and helpful love of those in need and sincerity rather than show in devotion and charity
